What Is the Resident Community Fund?
The Resident Community Fund enables our team to give back directly. Funded entirely by voluntary team contributions, it provides support to residents during difficult times.
The response has been strong. By the start of May, we raised nearly $3,000, and this is just the beginning.
Who It’s For
The fund offers short-term relief for residents experiencing unexpected financial hardship, such as medical emergencies, job loss, or other urgent needs. Assistance focuses on essential needs like housing and utilities to support a swift recovery.
How It Works
We are committed to providing prompt and fair support to those in need. Each application is reviewed objectively based on documented need and eligibility. Applicants must submit proof of hardship and income. Confidentiality is always maintained, and your privacy is our priority.
